    Apartment 7 is one of the roomiest in the house, an airy, sunlit space at Blue Pearl Apartments in Crikvenica, Miroslava Krleže 31. Its real showpiece is the large terrace: wide enough to lounge, dine, and watch the Adriatic all afternoon, shaded by an awning when the sun climbs high.


    Inside, it keeps the same calm, private feel as the rest of the house, with a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and room to breathe. Like every apartment here, it welcomes adults only, has a separate entrance, runs on solar power, and offers an EV charger in the courtyard.
