Our Largest Apartment, Made for Two
At 75 square meters, Apartment 4 is the most spacious in the house, tucked into the attic on the third floor with sloped ceilings that give it real character. It is still designed for two, so a couple gets all that room to themselves, along with a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, and a balcony over the Adriatic.
Everything here is built for a longer, slower stay: a proper oven, a washing machine, and space to actually unpack.
Like the rest of Blue Pearl, it is adults-only with a separate entrance, solar-powered, and served by an on-site EV charger.
