    Apartment 6 trades the sea view for something a lot of guests end up preferring: no stairs and a huge private garden terrace. The apartment itself is a neat 22 square meter studio on the ground floor, but step outside and the space opens right up into a paved garden terrace with a barbecue, loungers, and shaded corners wrapped in greenery.


    It is the easiest apartment to come and go from, with everything on one level and a separate entrance straight from the garden. Like the rest of Blue Pearl, it is adults only, powered by solar panels, and served by an EV charger in the courtyard.
