    One Apartment, Two Terraces

    What sets Apartment 5 apart is outdoor space, and plenty of it. This 45 square meter one-bedroom comes with two separate terraces: an upper balcony with striped shade and an open view of the sea, and a lower stone terrace tucked into the garden with its own barbecue. Morning coffee up top, grilled dinner down below.


    Inside, it is the same calm, private setup as the rest of Blue Pearl: a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, and air conditioning throughout. The apartment is adults only with a separate entrance, the house runs on solar power, and there is an EV charger in the courtyard.
