Apartment 3 is our Superior unit, and it earns the name. Spread across 45 square meters on the second floor of Blue Pearl Apartments at Miroslava Krleže 31, it pairs a full living room with a separate bedroom and a balcony where the Adriatic fills the whole horizon.
As with every apartment in the house, this one is adults-only and has a private separate entrance, so peace and quiet come as standard. Solar panels power the property, and electric cars can charge at the on-site station.
